Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Glamorous Couture. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Should you wish to exchange or return any items purchased within 3 days, we will gladly exchange the items .

We pay attention to the quality of product and services, we check each item prior to shipping to our clients ,but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or a defect in the item we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased. Just follow the returns process below

 

 

Overview

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimate or sanitary goods, fragrances or and pre order Items ordered from our international suppliers. For hygiene reasons, underwear (excluding bras), earrings for pierced ears, or cosmetics or used or unsealed fragrances may not be returned or exchanged

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards / Vouchers
  • Sale Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase ..

  • Items purchased online can be returned in store with proof of purchase.
  • Items returned with no defects or quality problems will not be refunded or exchanged
  • Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached)..
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
  • Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.
  • We do not accept the returned package without notifying us in advance.
  • We do not accept packages returned using COD service.
  • We will not refund or exchange items shipped back to the manufacturer

How to deal with a defective item?

If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please take the picture of the item that is defective, and email to fatima@glamorouscouture.co.za along with the order number and item number. We will feedback to our GC Director, and will either replace or credit you.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
  • However in order to compensate for the loss of customers, after evaluation, we will offer you some discount on the next order.
  • Refund will be released within 5 working days after we received the package. Refund excluded shipping,

Please send us tracking information after you return the item .Without the return information, there will be no refund.
Please leave a note inside package with the order numbers so we may action the return/refund accordingly.

 

Size and Materials

 

About the size: We have size charts for items on the website, prior to making a purchase please use the size chart to ensure correct sizes are purchased.
About the material: Where possible , the fabric of the item is listed . Should you require additional information for the fabric / material of an item please email info@glamorouscouture.co.za for assistance.

 

Refunds

 

Please ensure you meet the conditions outlined in our Policy above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days after we received the package.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@glamorouscouture.co.za with the item description , picture of the item and your contact details and we will provide you with the shipping address to return the defective item

 

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should email info@glamorouscouture.co.za with the subject line Returns and a short description explaining why the item is been returned. Please include your contact details , a picture of the item as well as the receipt for the item .

A team member will be in touch with to provide you with the shipping details to return the package

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased online or via Social Media Network, refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.

  • Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the item is faulty or defected and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount

We do not accept returns using COD service.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
