Where do you ship from and ship to?

  • We ship from Kinross Mpumalanga to the entire South Africa.
  • How long it takes for delivery?

We process your order after we receive payment.
It usually takes 2 working days to process order before shipping.
The delivery time depends on which area you are based  . We ship with The Courier Guy Couriers

What is processing time?

  1. After we receive your order, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. 
  2. Generally, the estimated processing time is about 2-4 business days.

 All goods remain the property of Glamorous Couture until paid for.

 Payment for orders can be received on our website via PAYFAST or Direct Bank Transfer. Payment can be made on collection either by cash or via card – Zip Zap

 Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment.

 No courier deliveries will be made on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries can be made on weekdays only, between 9h00 and 17h00.

Delivery

Orders are collected by courier Monday to Friday at 15h00. Orders placed before 12h00 Monday to Friday will be sent the same day via courier. Orders placed after 12h00 will be sent the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be placed the following Monday. Domestic delivery is expected to arrive in main centres by the next business day, whereas outlying areas may take up to 72 hours.

The Courier Guy requires a signature from the receiver. Ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified.

 Once an order has been sent to the courier, a tracking number will be sent via SMS to your phone, please ensure your cell phone and email address is correct when ordering. The tracking number can be used on The Courier Guy website to track your order.
